We facilitate an in-person two hour session with all the people in your loved ones life to guide them to identifying their dreams, preferences, and needs along with who can help them work towards their goals. A pre-planning meeting along with an action plan are included.           

Currently available in Boulder and Broomfield counties for a flat rate of $450.  Outside of those counties, a travel fee will be included.
